Corps of Engineers Rebuilding Levees by June (But Only Capable of Cat. 3 Hurricanes Again?)

- Brig. Gen. Robert Crear says the Army Corps of Engineers hopes to have New Orleans' levees back to being capable of handling a Category 3 storm by June, the start of the next hurricane season. (AP)
