After Katrina, what will the governmental response be to this storm?

If it is a quick and efficient response, will black activists cry foul and racism while Democrat activists cry favoritism because the President's brother runs Florida? Will Republicans claim a difference citing Republican leadership versus Democrat Leadership?

But will the people tolerate another slow response?

Will this be a lose-lose situation for this Administration?
