Power officials reported outages from the San Fernando Valley to downtown Los Angeles. "
Officials are saying that "workers" apperantly "connected the wrong wires". We all know that this was Bush trying to drive up the price of oil for his buddies, and he was trying to keep everyone's attention off of his Katrina mess-up. IMPEACHMENT!
