Hail and Rain Now Hampering Rescue Efforts in Pakistan

(Reuters) Three days after the deadly Kashmir earthquake, relief efforts remained chaotic [and] Heavy rain and hailstorms in northern Pakistan further hampered efforts on Tuesday, grounding rescue flights and a planned aerial tour of stricken areas by the prime minister.

The official death toll from the quake -- at 7.6 magnitude the biggest to hit the region in a century -- remained at 21,000 in Pakistan and slightly over 1,200 in India.

I only hope things get better. Keep those folks in your prayers. This is a terrible time.
