Follow the Money (China and Iran In Bed Together?)

(Reuters) WASHINGTON - The United States has imposed sanctions on six Chinese state-run firms for selling missiles or chemical weapons-related supplies to Iran, a State Department spokesman said Tuesday.

The nine companies [1 Austrian and 2 Indian companies as well] were punished for violating the 2000 Iran Nonproliferation Act, designed by Washington to block international aid for what it suspects are Iranian nuclear and chemical weapons programs.

Maybe this will shed some more perspective on why China would join Russia in opposing the EU-3 and the US in their bid to refer Iran to the UN Security Council?

Money makes the world go ‘round.
