Venezuela Steps Up Where World Fails

Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez said on Monday his government plans to sell as much as 66,000 barrels per day of heating fuel from its U.S. Citgo refinery to poor communities in the United States. (Breitbart.com)

Regardless of his motives, it is sad that his country is the only to try and extend a helping hand to us after this devastating disaster.

We helped Iran after their earthquake, we helped SE Asia after the Tsunami. We may not need the help (a testimony to our own nation), but our allies and "Friends" should be offering any assistance. Saudi, you have any special oil deals for us?
